  Driven past this place for years. It's in a poor part of town located on the main A62 north/south Manchester road.
  
  I was there for a Speed Awareness Course because I got caught by a speed camera earlier this year! Was worth the four hour course NOT to get three points on my licence.
  
  Hotel, there are better, adequate is what I would say.
